Goldenhour ("the game", "the app") is a mobile puzzle game published by Terra Games — Terra Games Yazılım ve Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., registered at Ortaköy Mah. Ahmet Adnan Saygun Cad. Savoy Ulus A22 Blok No: 66 AB, İç Kapı No: 10, 34347 Beşiktaş / İstanbul, Türkiye ("Terra Games", "we", "us"). This policy explains, in plain language, what data the game and the terragames.co website collect, why, who processes it, and the choices and rights you have.
Goldenhour is free to play. The current version shows no third-party advertising, requires no account or sign-in, and offers no in-app purchases. Optional Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection are disabled by default and are enabled only if you agree in the game. Firebase's core libraries may still perform limited technical initialization needed to configure and protect the service; we do not claim that the app makes no Firebase-related network request before your choice. We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, advertising identifiers, or payment details.

We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA / Android Advertising ID) — the app neither requests nor contains them — and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Game progress is stored on your device.
2. Why we use it
Run the game and keep your on-device progress working.
Measure engagement and retention so we can improve difficulty, content, and the experience.
Diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
Your choice: the app asks at a suitable break after the first completed level's payoff flow, or later if that point is not reached. A stored choice is applied on later launches. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection are OFF by default and are enabled only after you agree. If you turn sharing off in Settings, Goldenhour stops forwarding custom gameplay events immediately, removes unsent crash reports, and asks the native SDKs to disable; that native setting is fully applied no later than the next app launch. Limited Firebase service initialization described above is separate from optional gameplay analytics. Legal bases (where the EU/UK GDPR or a similar law applies): your consent for optional analytics and diagnostics; performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the game and website.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data or share it for cross-app advertising. We disclose the data above only to service providers acting for us: Google (Firebase Analytics, Installations, Crashlytics and Sessions; Google Play distribution) and Apple (App Store distribution). The current app contains no purchase SDK or billing provider. Each provider processes data under its own policy —
Google and Apple. Data may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States, under applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
4. Your choices & rights
Analytics choice: choose in the in-game prompt at the first suitable break; change it later in Settings > Privacy & data. Declining keeps optional Analytics and Crashlytics collection disabled and does not restrict gameplay.
Your data rights: depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, Brazil LGPD, Türkiye KVKK, Canada PIPEDA, California CCPA/CPRA, and others) you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or object to processing. Email us and we will respond as the law requires. Residents of Türkiye: see also our KVKK notice.
Deletion: uninstalling the app removes on-device game data. For data already sent, email terra@terragames.co with your request. If your installed version shows a Data Request ID in Settings > Privacy & data, include it because it helps us locate eligible Analytics and raw-export records. If the ID is unavailable or you no longer have the app, contact us anyway; we will explain what can and cannot be located without asking for a device or advertising identifier. Some aggregated data and diagnostics that no longer carry a searchable ID cannot be linked back to you; provider retention periods still apply.
5. Children
Goldenhour is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data retention & security
Goldenhour's live Google Analytics property is configured to retain user-level and event-level data for 14 months; the user-level period resets when new activity is received. Current BigQuery Sandbox raw export tables expire after 60 days. Firebase Crashlytics keeps crash records and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. Aggregated or de-identified reports may be kept longer because they are no longer linked to a device. The game has no account or profile database. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process, and on-device progress is removed when you uninstall the app.
7. This website
The terragames.co website is a static site: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no accounts or forms. Our hosting infrastructure processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request data needed to serve them (Google's policy). Links to email simply open your own mail app.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the game evolves — for example if optional purchases or advertising are ever introduced, this policy and the app stores' data disclosures will be updated before any new collection begins. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Terra Games — Terra Games Yazılım ve Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., registered at Ortaköy Mah. Ahmet Adnan Saygun Cad. Savoy Ulus A22 Blok No: 66 AB, İç Kapı No: 10, 34347 Beşiktaş / İstanbul, Türkiye ("Terra Games", "we", "us"). They cover our mobile games, including Goldenhour (each a "Game"), and the terragames.co website (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using a Game, or by using the website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Plain-language summary (the full Terms govern): the Games are ours, your license to play is personal and revocable, the current version of Goldenhour is free with no advertising, no account, and no purchases, in-game items have no real-world value, and please play fair.
1. Who may use the Services
You must be able to form a binding contract to accept these Terms. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you and must supervise your use. The Games currently require no account or sign-in; progress is stored on your device.
2. Your license to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded them from. This is a license, not a sale: we and our licensors keep all right, title, and interest in the Games.
You agree not to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services; reverse-engineer or extract source code except where the law expressly permits it despite this clause; use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools; interfere with the Services' operation or other players' use; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
3. Free to play — no ads, no purchases (current version)
Goldenhour is currently free to download and play in full. The current version contains no third-party advertising and offers no in-app purchases — all in-game currencies and items are earned by playing. If optional purchases or advertising are introduced in a future update, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the app stores' disclosures will be updated first, and any purchases would be processed by Apple or Google under their own terms — we would never receive your card details.
4. Virtual items & virtual currency
Virtual items and currency (for example stars, coins, and decorative content) are earned in-game, are licensed to you for use inside the Game, and remain part of the Game. They have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred, traded, or sold outside the Game. Virtual items may be lost if you delete the Game or your device data, and we may modify, rebalance, or retire virtual items as part of operating the Game.
5. Ownership & feedback
The Services — including all software, art, audio, characters, stories, names, and trademarks (including "Terra Games" and "Goldenhour") — are owned by Terra Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the license in Section 2. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation — it helps us make the Games better.
6. Third-party platforms & services
Your use of a Game is also subject to the terms of the store you obtained it from (Apple Media Services Terms, Google Play Terms). If you downloaded a Game from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the extent these Terms do not cover a topic, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them. The Services rely on third-party services (such as Firebase) described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability & changes to the Services
We are a live studio: we may update, change, or discontinue features, content, or an entire Game — and may suspend the Services for maintenance — at any time. Updates may be required to keep playing. Where a change materially affects players, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time by deleting the Game. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms (for example, cheating or abuse), or if we discontinue a Game. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 4, 5, 9, 10, and 11) survive termination.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terra Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services; and our total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us through the Services in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100 (or its equivalent in Turkish Lira). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your non-waivable consumer rights.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the competent courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection laws and competent consumer courts/arbitration boards of your place of residence. If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date; for material changes we will give reasonable notice in the Game or on this site. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

4. Hukuki sebepler ve toplama yöntemi
Kişisel verileriniz, KVKK m.5 kapsamında; oyunun ve web sitesinin sunulması/güvenliği için sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (m.5/2-c), hukuki yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi (m.5/2-ç) ve meşru menfaat (m.5/2-f) hukuki sebeplerine; isteğe bağlı analitik/tanılama ile ilgili yurt dışına aktarım bakımından açık rızanıza (m.5/1 ve KVKK m.9'daki uygulanabilir aktarım mekanizmaları) dayanılarak, oyun ve web sitesi üzerinden otomatik yollarla (SDK'lar ve sunucu kayıtları aracılığıyla) toplanır. Onay ekranı, ilk tamamlanan bölümün ödül akışından sonraki uygun arada veya bu noktaya ulaşılmazsa daha sonra gösterilir. Açık rıza vermezseniz isteğe bağlı Analytics ve Crashlytics toplaması kapalı kalır ve oyun kısıtlanmaz. Tercihinizi Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve veriler bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz; kapatma özel oyun olaylarının iletimini hemen durdurur ve yerel SDK ayarı en geç bir sonraki açılışta tamamen uygulanır.
5. Aktarım
Verileriniz satılmaz ve uygulamalar arası reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Yalnızca yukarıdaki amaçlarla sınırlı olarak hizmet sağlayıcılarımıza aktarılır: Google (Firebase Analytics, Installations, Crashlytics ve Sessions; Google Play üzerinden dağıtım) ve Apple (App Store dağıtımı). Mevcut uygulamada satın alma SDK'sı veya faturalandırma sağlayıcısı bulunmaz. Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında (ABD dâhil) bulunabilir; yurt dışına aktarım KVKK m.9'daki uygulanabilir hukuki mekanizmalara göre gerçekleştirilir. Sağlayıcı politikaları: Google ve Apple.
6. Saklama süresi
Goldenhour'un canlı Google Analytics mülkü, kullanıcı ve olay düzeyi veriler için 14 ay saklama süresine ayarlıdır; kullanıcı düzeyi süre yeni etkinlikle sıfırlanır. Mevcut BigQuery Sandbox ham dışa aktarım tabloları 60 gün sonra sona erer. Firebase Crashlytics, çökme kayıtları ile ilişkili kimlikleri canlı ve yedek sistemlerden kaldırma sürecine başlamadan önce 90 gün saklar. Cihazla bağ kurmayan toplulaştırılmış/kimliksizleştirilmiş raporlar daha uzun süre tutulabilir. Oyunda hesap/profil veri tabanı yoktur; cihazdaki ilerleme uygulama silindiğinde kaldırılır.
7. KVKK m.11 kapsamındaki haklarınız
KVKK m.11 uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde/yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK m.7 çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Savoy Ulus A22 Blok No: 66 AB, İç Kapı No: 10, 34347 Beşiktaş / İstanbul, Türkiye adresine yazılı olarak iletebilirsiniz. Yüklü sürümünüz Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve veriler bölümünde bir Veri Talep Kimliği gösteriyorsa bunu başvurunuza ekleyin; kimlik Analytics ve ham dışa aktarım kayıtlarını bulmamıza yardımcı olur. Kimlik görünmüyorsa veya uygulama artık cihazınızda değilse yine başvurabilirsiniz; cihaz veya reklam kimliği istemeden hangi kayıtların bulunup bulunamayacağını açıklarız. Cihaz üzerindeki kayıtlar uygulamayı silince kaldırılır; aranabilir kimliğini kaybetmiş toplulaştırılmış veriler size bağlanamaz. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır.
